For the past year or so, investment properties have been eligible for delivery under the MPF Xtra product. In this session, we will cover the basics of underwriting investment properties, both as a subject property and as a non-subject property. Topics covered will include appraisal types, required documentation, treatment of rental income gains/losses, and completing rental income worksheets.
