Managing the Portfolio in a Sea of Liquidity  |  Charlie Crowley
The session will begin by looking at recent industry balance sheet and portfolio trends given the surge in deposits and buildup in liquidity.  Using a case study, a horizon analysis will be evaluated utilizing the Portfolio, Income and Capital tool (PIC), which quantifies a portfolio’s breakeven reinvestment rate and allows for strategy development showing the impact on profitability and risk.  Finally, the session will evaluate relevant strategies to manage liquidity and drive earnings.
