This webinar will outline recently announced changes that will impact servicers of MPF Xtra loans. Effective December 5, 2022, MPF Xtra P&I accounts will be debited daily based on reported activity from the previous business day. This change may result in some P&I accounts being overdrawn or left with surplus funds. We will be providing information about this new process and will review best practices that will help eliminate remittance and reconciliation issues.
