When originating jumbo mortgages, it is important for loan officers/loan originators (and underwriters) to know what options are available for their borrowers. In this webinar, we will discuss the flexibilities that are available under the MPF® Direct product including underwriting exceptions and non-QM options. During this 45-minute session we will feature loan scenarios that clearly illustrate some of the underwriting situations that may be considered when using the MPF Direct product. The content in this webinar is designed to increase your jumbo loan approvals. If your institution currently participates in the MPF Direct product, please join us to learn more.
