The purpose of this webinar is to provide an overview of the post-forbearance options available for MPF Traditional Conventional loans. We will cover the options currently available to borrowers who are near the end of a COVID-19 related forbearance plan where the temporary hardship has been resolved. To assist Servicers with determining the appropriate workout option, the waterfall of available plans will be reviewed. Primary attention will be placed on the recently announced deferment plan. Deferment plans are designed for borrowers who are able to resume their monthly contractual payments but cannot afford either a full reinstatement or repayment plan to bring the loan current.
