On June 9, 2016, FHLBank received notification from its regulator, the Federal Housing Finance Agency, that it has completed the annual designation of directorships for the FHLBanks. As part of that designation, FHLBank’s board will expand to 18 directors beginning January 1, 2017, due to the addition of one independent directorship.
